Finish by publishing a market intelligence report and presenting your findings live.
Build a machine learning model that predicts a property's sale price from real transaction history. Progress from a linear regression baseline through decision trees and random forests to gradient boosting, engineer geographic and property features, and evaluate rigorously. Cap it off with an optional interactive prediction app.
Build a Zillow/Redfin-style property search experience from the ground up: a searchable, filterable listings page with pagination, a property detail page with photo galleries, maps, and open house schedules, and a REST API connecting a React frontend to a real MySQL database of MLS listings.

Design and build a multi-agent AI system that works with IDX Exchange's real estate data — reachable over WhatsApp and email, not just a chat window. You'll build an orchestrator that routes user queries to specialized agents (property search, market stats, recommendations, a RAG-powered knowledge agent, and email drafting), backed by real MLS listings and retrieval-augmented generation, using the OpenClaw agent framework.
